Run Timing and Survival Predictions for Columbia Basin ESUs
Notes on the DART Columbia Basin ESU Dataset
DART offers multiple ways to investigate and analyze each specific Columbia Basin ESU population. The Graphics&Text reports join the Columbia Basin ESU dataset with the River Environment dataset for user-specified analyses of multiple years, locations, and stocks in graphics and text forms. The One Week report includes the daily observation totals for each component stock (Release Site, Species, Run, and Rear Type) at all projects for the current week (seven days). The Daily Summary report includes daily observation totals at all projects in migration order. The Summary&Migrating Timing report includes the total observations to date for each component stock (Release Site, Species, Run, and Rear Type) at all projects in migration order with migration timing information for each project. The Detail report contains detailed release and observation information for each PIT Tag ID observed for the selected year and observation site. The Historical Mean Travel Time Estimates reports include mean travel time estimates for Columbia Basin ESU Juvenile and Adult migrations for all years (starting 1993) and plots of the reach-specific daily mean travel times. The current migration season estimates are updated on a daily basis throughout the season. The 10 Year Historical Run Timing reports include Columbia Basin ESU populations run timing and migration timing characteristics--including first, 1%, 5%, 10%, 50%, 90%, 95%, and last passage dates as well as the number of days for the middle 80% of the run--at a specific project for the last 10 years. Please refer to the Metadata&Glossary for ESU stock definitons.
