2.2 Model Flow

Within each simulation run, the sequence of model processes will be as follows:

1. Compute initial abundance for each stock;

2. distribute initial abundance to the five fishing areas;

3. Time loop with:

   a) Natural mortality;

   b) Fishing mortality;

   c) Redistribution of fish (including escapement).
