----------

8/8/2002
Added the MCX 2002 coils 01,02,03,04 as DEXIT coils.

11/27/2000
Fixed bug, introduced in previous copy, that basically removed all fish when using the -E flag.

11/22/2000
Fixed bug that caused mis-identification of McNary passage histories. This bug would have caused no detections to be recorded at McNary.

11/21/2000
Fixed bug in error handling mechanism. The -E flag was causing crashes on Windows machines. The will fix this problem.

Added new error flag to the error output. The 14th column now indicates fish that were found in the obs file but not in the tag file. These are only recorded if the -t flag is set to remove them.

11/1/2000
Added the (new) ISO coils. The program will now handle the longer tag codes and the new detectors.

12/31/97
The last field in the main fields specification was off limits as a release site. This was changed to allow it to be a release site.

12/12/97
When no valid detections were found, no output would be printed. This was a problem when no valid detctions were found due to all detections being found to be in error. In that case, the error file was not written either.

12/11/97
Rc file output switches were not working. The files would be printed whether or not the switches had been set. When a release site was not found in the main fields list of the "chrc" file, the wrong error message was printed.
