The individual covariate survival curves allow the user to assess how well the given model's prediction of survival as a function of the covariate (the red line in the graph below) fits the actual data. The user has the option of superimposing either a histogram of the data, or a nonparameteric estimate of survival as a function of the covariate, over the model's prediction of survival as a function of the covariate.
