Individual Covariate - Cumulative Distribution Function

The cumulative distribution function graph displays two cumulative distributions:

  1. One for previously marked animals that were alive at the end of the selected period in blue.
  2. One for those that died during the selected period in red.
  3. For the example above, the K-S test has a p-value of 0.0042, indicating a significant difference in the two distributions. This may indicate some selective effect of length on survival .
