USER
User Specified Estimation Routine
The program USER is a flexible software tool that allows investigators to develop statistical models for analyzing tagging and counts data.

Guidance on use of CBR software is provided in the training videos and user's manual. Individual assistance can be requested by emailing web@cbr.washington.edu — we are happy to answer questions on our software.
Note: The USER manual was tested for screen-reading accessibility using NVDA, which can be found at the NVDA Download Page. It is recommended that users set speech to read "most" punctuation/symbol levels with this manual.
